Initial version of cloud schema files.

Description

This is the initial ETLv2 implementation of the cloud schema as well as the dimensions for the job data. Job record and job task defaults for these dimensions were also updated .

Motivation and Context

Collecting cloud usage information.

Tests performed

Performed ETL with the new schema files.

php ./etl_overseer.php -c ../../../etc/etl/etl.json -v debug -p cloud-jobs

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Checklist:

  • My code follows the code style of this project as found in the CONTRIBUTING document.
  • I have added tests to cover my changes.
  • All new and existing tests passed.

* Move ETLv2 job files from xdmod-xsede to xdmod repo
* Initial implementation of cloud schema and added job dimensions. Includes updated defaults for job records/tasks
